All lots are sold "AS IS." Condition reports are available by request and answered in the order received starting the week of the sale. Our in-house buyer's premium (for absentee and phone bidders) is 25%, with a 3% discount for payments by cash, check, wire, or Zelle. If bidding through a third-party platform, payment must be made through that platform. The online buyer's premium for all third-party sites (Invaluable and Live Auctioneers) is 32%, third party platform users are not eligible for any discounts. Our buyer's premium on our own website (bid.NadeausAuction.com) is 30%, with a 3% discount for cash, check, wire, or Zelle payments for buyers using only our site or bidding in-house. This report is provided by Nadeau's Auction Gallery as a courtesy and reflects our opinion only. Bidders should conduct their own due diligence. The absence of a report does not imply the lot is free of issues. Assessments are based on visual inspection; unless noted, items have not been examined under UV light, movements and electrical components have not been tested, and artworks are generally not removed from frames. SHIPPING While we do not pack or ship any items, we have provided the list of shippers below as a courtesy. Please understand, you may use any shipper or third party you choose and that Nadeau’s Auction Gallery takes no responsibility for any acts or omissions of any of the vendors on this list. Buyers assume full responsibility for the packing and shipping of lots won at auction. We have provided a list of our Shippers to assist you. If a shipper does not have a valid MC you will be charged Connecticut sales tax (shipper must have a Motor Carrier number) and shipper must provide an official Bill of Lading. All shippers on our website are licensed shippers. We require written authorization from the buyer to release any property to anyone other than the buyer. You can send the Shipping Release Form via fax to 860-524-8735 or email to info@nadeausauction.com. When arranging for a shipper, please be aware that all items should be picked up within one week of the auction unless arrangements have been made in advance with our office.
